As the Title states blender crashes when trying to join meshes, I think this is relating to change changes I made for 4.0, currently looking into it.
Works on 3.6 and 4.0.
Does not work on anything older then 3.6.
I have decided to drop complete support of any version of 3.6 and below.
This is because MMD tools will most likely stop supporting anything below version 3.6 once it is updated to 4.0 fully. Also due to alot of changes it seems silly to support older versions of blender at this point.
I will support 3.6 unto the next version (aka 4.1) comes out. From then on all 3.x versions will be dropped.
