For some reason when exporting, the exporter unhides everything, in reality this shouldn't really happen as the user should decided on this, this can be an issue in larger projects.

This will be fixed for the next patch.

Importing/ Exporting will most likely need it's own helper as it currently shares a global one (Which most functions in cats uses). This will be sorted by the next stable release which is due for this week.
