Need to update the XPS plugin link as Cats has a really old and outdated one.

Will do it for Blender 4.5 but only if there other things to fix, will do for the next Blender 5.0 update aim 5.0.1.3.

For now users should use: https://github.com/Valerie-Bosco/XNALara-io-Tools
