Using the translate shape keys helps ... but can be an issue when mmd shapekey names have to be in their original language (mmd dance worlds),

Perhaps a temporary translate that translates them for vrc viseme creation and then roll it back?

This is an easy fix, i just forgot to apply the previous fix i did re eye tracking panel and armature selection to the viseme panel. I work on it now.

Fixed on the 5.x Dev Branch, will be pushed to release for 5.0.1.6 which is due December the 1st.

If you want the fix sooner you can grab the dev branch either using the Cats updater or from here: https://github.com/teamneoneko/Cats-Blender-Plugin/tree/blender-5x-dev

Thanks for the report, i will now close it as this issue has been fixed, if for some reason it isn't fix feel free to re-open.
