I really love your project, but could you add a method to use the legacy FBX importer?
The issue is that the new FBX importer does not support automatic bone orientation.

Legacy FBX importer will be removed in a future blender version, there is no point adding a button to remove it again. If you need a function of the legacy importer you can just use it yourself go to file File ‣ Import ‣ FBX (.fbx) (Legacy).

All the Cats button is a shortcut that sets some default settings, it does nothing else.

Please complain to blender if the new FBX importer isn't to your liking.
