Enhanced the translation loading logic to better handle unavailable languages and fallback to 'en_US' when necessary. Added tracking of the last loaded language to avoid unnecessary reloads, and improved auto-detection of language from Blender's locale with a new conversion function. Updated UI reload logic to only reload when the language actually changes.
