    This version is only for Blender 4.2 if you need another version of blender please go here and look for a version of Cats for your blender version.

    PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR HELP FOR THIS VERSION OF CATS IN THE OFFICIAL CATS DISCORD. THIS CATS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL VERSION SO SUPPORT MAY NOT BE GIVEN IN THEIR DISCORD SERVER. IF YOU HAVE A BUG OR NEED HELP PLEASE START AN ISSUE OR JOIN MY OWN DISCORD SERVER.

    Please read these warnings about the blender 4.1 release:

    Though we have updated MMD Tools to work better with blender 4.1 there may still be issues, this means there could be issues with some of Cats functions.

    We strongly recommend if you run into issues to downgrade to blender 3.6.

    Please do not report issues for MMD Tool's on Blender 4.1 and 4.2, MMD Tool's is an external plugin and is not maintain by myself. I have updated MMD Tool's to the best of my ability however there WILL be issues. If you open an issue and it's relating to MMD Tool's it will be closed telling you to report the issue to MMD Tool's instead. If you have issues on Blender 4.0 or 4.1 please use Blender 3.6 instead.

    Please also note that Decimation and the Full body tracking fix has now been removed from Blender 4.1+. If you need an alternative to Decimation please try the Tuxedo Plugin which is a fantastic alternative to Cats old decimation and bake system which you can find here.

    Changes:

    • Updated Tools has been updated to the latest Alpha version for 4.2, this some solve some MMD related issues, however some issues may still occur.
    • Cats will no longer warn the user that Blender 4.2 is not a supported version.

    Fixes:

    • Fixed issue with some labels showing as strings.
    • Fixed issue with MMD Tab not showing up.

    Removed:

    • Removed the option to turn off the MMD Tab, this wasn't working correctly for a while and MMD Tools have also change how there UI works which completely broke some things.

    Known issues:

    • Pillow can fail to install sometimes for Material Combiner, this is an external plugin and nothing much can be done for now.
    • Some MMD Tools issues can occur.
