    Please read these warnings about the blender 4.2 release:

    Though we have updated MMD Tools to work better with blender 4.2 there may still be issues, this means there could be issues with some of Cats functions. We can not do much about this, please do report them but if it's a MMD Tools issue then we may refer you to MMD Tools instead.

    We strongly recommend if you run into issues to downgrade to blender 3.6.

    Please also note that Decimation and the Full body tracking fix has now been removed from Blender 4.1+. If you need an alternative to Decimation please try the Tuxedo Plugin which is a fantastic alternative to Cats old decimation and bake system which you can find here.

    Changes:

    • Updates URL to new teamneko one.
    • Removes old developer repo from the update list, fixes update url error in the console.

    Fixes:

    • Fixed issue where mmd_tools_tabs would give an error when trying to disable the addon.
    • Fixed issue where settings threads would hang blender and not disable.

    Pillow installs started to work perfectly fine again, I not sure if this was a blender issue, a fix we did at some point, but it no longer fails randomly.

    Known issues:

    • Some MMD Tools issues may occur.
