ReArm does a change to the Fire Protection enchantment and using Enchiridion with ReArm crashes the game when joining a world or creating a new one.

Please report to ReArm.

They're doing some data modification that is entirely incompatible with datapacks that modify Fire Protection. Enchiridion only modifies Fire Protection through datapack, which ReArm is slipping up on.
