[HELP WANTED] 0.3.0+1.21.1 #40

I will accept a 0.3.0 backport from somebody else when 0.3.0 is eventually finished for 26.1.x, but that's the only energy I have left for 1.21.1 specifically. There will be no more updates for that Minecraft version after this point.

Please contact me on Discord (@chrysanthcow) if you are interested. I will pay the backporter somewhere around $25 USD if possible.

I am willing to help the porter navigate our codebase where possible, and set up the relevant Gradle build systems for them too.
